II. Scope of personal data processed
We process personal data that you provide to us based on your consent to the processing of personal data. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is therefore, above all, your voluntary consent, which you have the right to revoke at any time.
If you order goods or services from us, we need some information from you that is necessary for us to provide goods or services. If we did not have this information, we would not be able to provide you with the goods or services. For the provision of certain goods or services, e.g. we need to verify that you are over 15 years old, respectively. 18 years. We also need to secure our legal claims related to the goods or services provided (for example, in the event that you have an outstanding claim against us, or compensation for damage you cause to us by your actions). Furthermore, for the purpose of ordering goods or services online via our website, we need your e-mail address, to which we will send you an order confirmation.
When ordering goods or services, you can also fill in optional data in the consent you have given to the processing of personal data, namely e-mail contact (in the case of an online order via our website, this is a mandatory information) and telephone number. These data help us to better and more efficiently provide goods or services, respectively processing your order. E.g. when filling in your phone number, we can call you and agree with you to modify the order. You provide optional information to us voluntarily.
When you visit our website, we may collect certain information about you, such as IP address, date and time of access to our website, information about your internet browser, operating system or language settings. We may also process information about your conduct on our website, i. e.g. what links you visit on our website and which goods or services are displayed to you. However, the information about your behavior on our website is anonymized, and therefore we cannot even assign it to a specific user, i. to a specific person.
If you access our website from a mobile phone, tablet or similar device, we may also process information about your device. We optimize our website for these devices. In this case, we process your personal data in a similar way as in the case of access from a computer.
III. Personal data of persons under 16 years of age
A person under the age of 16 may only purchase our goods and services with the consent of his or her legal representative (parent or guardian). In this case, the consent to the processing of personal data is also provided or approved by this legal representative.
IV. Cookies
We also automatically process cookies. It is a small text file that is created by visiting each website. It is used as a standard tool to store information about how our website is used.
In this way, we can distinguish (but not identify) individual users of our website from each other and adapt the content to your specific preferences. Cookies are important. Without them, browsing the web would be much more difficult.

After anonymization, it is no longer personal data, because anonymized cookies cannot be assigned to a specific user, resp. to a specific person. We only work with cookies in an anonymized form. Therefore, we are unable to determine from cookies how a particular user behaved on our website (which pages he visited, what goods or services he viewed, etc.).
We also use the knowledge from these cookies for advertising purposes, where we can display advertising on foreign websites based on this data, which we consider relevant to you. If you want to have control over how we analyze your analytics cookies, you can use this add-on program from Google (it can only be run from a computer).
You can influence which of your cookies we process. Just use one of the common Internet browsers (eg Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome) with the anonymous browsing function turned on, which prevents the storage of data about visited websites, or you can completely disable the storage of cookies in the browser. However, if you also disable the processing of technical and functional cookies, you will disable the operation of some functions that help you. You can easily control the processing of analytical cookies by us if you use this add-on program from Google (it can only be run from a computer).
V. Camera systems at our facilities
We also automatically process recordings from cameras at our facilities. Our operations are monitored by camera systems with online transmission and recording. We have cameras on the premises for the purpose of prevention and to clarify possible illegal activities. VI. Purposes of personal data processing
We process your personal data for the following reasons:
Provision of goods or services: first of all, we process your personal data in order to properly process your order and provide you with the ordered goods or services. If there are any problems, thanks to your personal data, we know who we can contact.
Customer care: if you contact us with a question / problem, we must process your data to answer / resolve it (eg e-mail or telephone number through which you communicate with us).
User account: thanks to the personal data you provide to us in your user profile on our website, a number of useful functions will be made available to you. You can change the data you enter in the user account at any time, with the exception of the e-mail address, which is used as a login name to access your user account.
Sending business announcements (marketing activities):
Email marketing: We send you e-mail business notifications with your consent. You can unsubscribe from e-mail business notifications by adjusting your user profile settings or using the contact form or letting us know in writing. You can object to this processing.
Telemarketing: Your consent is the legal title for processing your phone number. We can also send you a business announcement via text messages (eg SMS) or notify you by phone. You can unsubscribe from telephone business notifications by adjusting your user profile settings or by using the contact form or by notifying us in writing or by telephone. You can object to this processing.
Marketing competitions: in some cases, the winner of the competition can be photographed or recorded on video. We perform this processing of personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, which consists in increasing the credibility of marketing competitions and in increasing the attractiveness of these competitions. You can object to this processing.
Improving our services: through the history of your orders and the behavior on our website, we can offer you other more suitable offers. In certain places, we may display products that are directly for you and meet your needs and interests.
Customer reviews of goods and services: after you buy goods or services from us, you may be asked to rate them.
Securing and enforcing rights and legal claims and control of public authorities: we may also process your personal data because we need them to secure and possibly enforce our rights and legal claims (eg in the event that you have an outstanding claim against us, or compensation for damage you cause to us by your actions). We may also process your personal data because we need it for the purposes of inspections carried out by public authorities and for other similarly serious reasons.
VII. Legal bases of personal data processing
We need a large part of your personal data in order to be able to conclude a purchase or other contract with you at all regarding the goods or services that you want to purchase from us. After concluding the contract, we process your personal data in order to properly and timely deliver the ordered goods or provide services.
We also use your personal information to provide you with relevant content, that is, content that is of interest to you. Based on a legitimate interest, we process personal data in this way, which we process automatically and cookies. For the same legal reason, we can send you and our customers e-mail and SMS messages, or make a telephone conversation. The processing of your personal data on this legal basis also takes place during the monitoring performed by cameras at our individual operations. If we process your personal data for this legal reason, you may object to such processing.
For the purpose of sending business announcements (direct marketing, newsletters, telemarketing), we process your personal data based on your consent. You may prohibit such marketing communication by us by revoking your consent to the processing of personal data by (a) modifying your user profile settings on our website or (b) using the contact form on our website or (c) us you will notify us in writing (by post, e-mail, SMS, other written form) (d) you contact us by phone.
VIII. Transfer of personal data to third parties
In these cases, we pass on your personal data to third parties:
Authorized Representatives and Government Authorities: In the event of our rights being enforced, your personal information may be transferred to a third party representing us under a power of attorney (such as a solicitor). If a state authority imposes an obligation on us in accordance with the law to transfer your personal data to it, we must also do so.
Payment cards: our company does not have information about the payment cards you pay with us. Your payment card information is only available to the secured payment gateway and the relevant banking institution.
IX. Time of processing personal data
In the case of the legal basis “conclusion and performance of the contract”, we process your data for the duration of the contractual relationship. We further point out that the personal data that are necessary for the proper provision of services, respectively. In order to fulfill all our obligations, whether these obligations arise from the contract or from generally binding legal regulations, we must process the consent regardless of your consent for the period set by the relevant legislation or in accordance with them (eg years).
In the case of processing of personal data for which consent has been granted, we process your personal data for a period of 7 years, or until the revoked consent is revoked.
By default, we store camera recordings from our operations for a period of 90 days. However, if an illegal act occurs in the monitored area, we can contact the police and hand over the records in question to the competent authority (police, court, etc.). In this case, the records are not deleted after 90 days, but for evidentiary reasons we keep them until the final conclusion of the case.
X. Security of personal data
In order to prevent unauthorized access and misuse of your personal data, we have put in place appropriate measures of both a technical and organizational nature. We regularly check the security of personal data and continuously improve their protection. All communication with our web servers is encrypted. The credentials are password protected and all your data is stored only on servers in secure data centers with limited, carefully controlled and audited access. We strive to use security measures that provide sufficient security with respect to the current state of technology. The security measures taken are then regularly updated. We store and archive personal data provided in paper form in locked storage areas, to which only persons authorized by the operator have access.
XI. Password security
We do not have your passwords in the system at all, we do not even store them in the database. We only work with specially recalculated password keys, which are generated using the BCRYPT password function with work Factor / cost 12. This function is currently one of the most secure and powerful.
XII. Rights related to personal data protection
In relation to your personal data, you have in particular the right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, the right to correct or supplement your personal data, the right to request restrictions on their processing, the right to object or complain about the processing of your personal data, the right to access your personal data. , the right to request the transfer of your personal data, the right to be informed about a breach of security of your personal data and, under certain conditions, the right to delete certain personal data that we process in connection with you (the so-called right to be “forgotten”).
You can exercise these rights with us and control your personal information by (a) adjusting the settings of your user profile on our website or (b) using the contact form on our website or (c) notifying us in writing ( by post, e-mail, SMS, other written form) (d) you contact us by telephone or in person at the facility.

You can also request that we delete the data about you (however, the deletion will not affect the data on the documents that we are required by law to retain – such as invoices or credit notes). You can exercise this right with us in writing. If we need your personal information to determine, enforce or defend our legal claims, your application may be denied (eg when we register an outstanding claim with you or in the event of an ongoing complaint procedure). Please note that the main information about your payment card is not stored in our company, but at our payment gateway. Therefore, this data cannot be deleted by us and it is necessary to contact the payment gateway through which you made the payment. Except as noted, you have the right to delete in the following cases:
Personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were processed
You have revoked your consent under which the data were processed and there is no other legal reason to process them
You have objected to the processing of personal data and you consider that the assessment of the objection reveals that in a particular situation your interest outweighs our interest in the processing of this personal data.

We process some of your personal data based on our legitimate interest. If there are specific reasons for you, you can object to the processing of your personal data. You can raise this objection in writing.
